The actual blade on this knife is inspired by The Brock. Next to that it is it's own thing. The client liked the shape of the blade on The Brock with the sweeping front and drop point but he wanted it to read a bit more rugged and tough. The "sawback" design fit the bill and turned out really well. The file work on the spine is no sharpened and will not serve a an actual saw but it does add the the function of a good grip in hard use application. I blackened the steel in the shallows of the ridges on the back to add to the tough look. The handles are black G10 scale with stainless pins and tubing. The steel is 440C and went through heat treat and temper in house. It took an amazing edge razor sharp , tough as nails, and will serve the user well. The sheath is .09 Boltaron with 1/4 rivets.
